Payment Structure
Optivo Solutions operates on a project and retainer-based engagement model.
To initiate any project or service, a minimum advance payment of 50% of the agreed project value is required.
Project Initiation
Work begins only after:
- Scope approval
- Proposal acceptance
- Contract or agreement execution
- Receipt of advance payment
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing, consulting, creative production, and development services, payments made for work already initiated, completed, or delivered are non-refundable.
Project Delays
Delays caused by pending client approvals, content submissions, or access credentials may impact project timelines.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing.
If project execution has commenced, charges for completed work, allocated resources, and production costs may apply.
